Sequoyah Building—SlimLane 940 Motorized Walkways and Parking System

The Sequoya Building, located in a well-known area of ​​northern Bogotá, has 10 floors and 19,587 square meters of space that will be used for offices and retail spaces. Incomelec installed pedestrian and vehicular access control systems for this important project.

For pedestrian access control, six Slim Lane 940 motorized walkways from Automatic Systems were installed. One of the walkways was installed with a wider profile to ensure access for people with reduced mobility.

For vehicular access control, a parking system was installed consisting of:

  • Four Park Plus overhead barriers from Automatic Systems

  • Two Horus Milenio Lite entrance columns

  • Two Horus Milenio Lite exit columns

  • Vehicle detection loops

  • Reflective photocells

This building is expected to open to the public in 2021, and it is estimated that hundreds of people will enter daily. We will share the results with you soon!
