The Tintal Plaza Shopping Center, located in western Bogotá, is one of the busiest shopping centers in the city.

Located between two of Bogotá's main avenues, Avenida Ciudad de Cali and Avenida de las Américas, this shopping center experiences high foot and vehicle traffic on weekends and weekdays. It is estimated that the center receives thousands of visitors on weekends alone.

Because it is located on a main thoroughfare in the city, a large portion of visitors arrive at the shopping center by car, requiring an efficient, secure, and fast parking system to control vehicle entry and exit. The solution chosen by the client after expert consultation with Incomelec was a parking system comprised of:

• 4 Automatic Systems brand lifting barriers
• 4 Horus brand Millennium Lite range columns
• 2 Horus brand ATMs.
• Integrated with a paper ticket system.

Advantages:

1. The selected lifting barriers have adjustable operating times between 0.6 and 1.2 seconds.
2. Both the entrance and exit columns and the ATMs are made of aluminum, with a vandal-resistant glass front, making them highly durable without sacrificing aesthetics.
