Plaza Claro Parking System
It is a luxury shopping center that emerged from the construction of the main headquarters of Claro, one of the largest telephone companies in Colombia and Latin America, and is located in the business heart of Bogotá, specifically in Salitre.
It has a high volume of visitors and is owned by a company with substantial resources. Despite this, its owner, Carlos Slim, says that austerity is necessary even in abundance, and he applied this principle in selecting the parking solution. This doesn't mean that Incomelec is the least expensive company. But in the medium and long term, we have the best operating expenses (OPEX) in the market.
Despite being high-end equipment, its durability, quality, and opex made us worthy of providing the parking technology solution for this project, which has six entrances, five exits, and eight ATMs to meet the payment demand in the shopping center.
This parking system solution at Plaza Claro is ready to accommodate point-of-sale terminals, new payment technologies like Flypass, and mobile apps for reserving and paying for parking. Furthermore, this technological solution is scalable, as two more towers are planned, requiring additional entrances, more payment terminals, and software compatible with these changes.
